This is a pretty normal phenomena! We can confirm that we have not changed any of our formulations. New fragrance bottles tend to smell different than older fragrance bottles and samples. This is usually due to oxidation. Fragrance oxidizes over time, meaning the older the scent and the more frequently it’s used, the greater the chance that oxygen gets into the bottle. This introduction of oxygen to your fragrance juice causes the alcohol in your fragrance to dissolve, the First (aka top) Notes to flee, the color to change, and even the scent to get stronger.
