For defective or damaged products, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, responsibility for the product's condition, including any damage or wear, rests with the customer.
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us and include:
- Details of your request
- Your order number
- Name on the order
- Email used to place the order
- Photo and/or video clearly showing the issue
Please photograph or record the product on a clean, flat surface with the issue clearly visible. This helps us resolve your request and improve future production.
Our fragrances are housed in glass bottles, so please handle them with care.
All damage claims are subject to verification. We require clear, unedited photo and video documentation, and the item must be retained for potential return and inspection. If sufficient documentation cannot be provided or the item is discarded, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund.
